Who are we?
After earning a master's degree in political science and a master's degree in labor studies, Caro worked for several multinational corporations. Not surprisingly, she was bored out of her mind. It was while working as an HR professional in a liberated company that she professionalized her passion for groups and trained in strategic systemics to become a coach. She co-founded CREW U together with Maruš.
In addition to her team coaching activities, Caro also co-founded Jolt, a specialty coffee roastery and coffeeshop in Belval. Since she doesn't want her life to revolve around work, she organizes and plays paper and live-action role-playing games (LARP). She also sings and plays the bodhrán in two music groups, because why not?
Alongside this, she also founded Maruš Poppins, where she helps project leaders, artists and people undergoing retraining to reconnect with their professional goals. And because she'd be bored otherwise, she's also a multi-skilled artist, and if you're lucky, you might even see her clown Clara-Bistouille one day.
Why CREW U?
Our two peas in a pod meet at a party organized by their singing coach. They bond over their common acquaintances in the LARP world. They chat, laugh and remake the world. A year later, they meet again at a training session at Challenge, the business incubator in which they are growing (under the insistent advice of their vocal coach, are you still with me?), and they finally talk business. Whoop, the revelation: they do the same job! And they share the same values, which is essential for them. Boom, the idea is born, the collaboration is sealed, CREW U is born from a pun. Of course it is.
