Our mission is to put people back at the centre of attention, creating a dynamic crew together through enhancing communication, trust, and group cohesion, using edutainment exercises based on collective intelligence.
Why a crew? Because each member can maintain their uniqueness while taking part in a collective system to which they commit to fulfil a specific mission. This allows them to cultivate their skills in a manner that complements those of the other crew members.
Why play? Games let us develop awareness, explore, transform, and build within a safe environment. Playing makes difficult things easy.
Collective intelligence games
Leading and facilitating fun workshops focused on enhancing trust, cohesion and communication. Supervised team building to ensure a lasting impact.
After an initial meeting, we set up the appropriate games and tailor-made workshops to achieve your goals. Flexibility and kindness are the watchwords of these useful entertainment days.
Collective intelligence
lab
Mediation and facilitating fun team coaching or personalised hands-on exercises and games to resolve problematic situations. Team coaching that doesn't take itself too seriously.
After an initial analysis of your expectations and objectives, we meet with each participant for an individual assessment. We will use this information to create a cohesive team coaching session that will determine the content of the following days needed to solve the problem.
Working together is the basis of our method. However, there are situations where more in-depth individual support is required. We provide this support over the longer term as a complement to our team work.
Method of learning through play
Playing
Playing a game allows you to escape and unwind. It enables you to recognise automatic behaviour that is often inadequate.
Debriefing
A group discussion to review the varied experiences, inquire about what happened and reveal the needs of each person.
Building
Together, creating an effective team that can proactively evolve and creatively respond to forthcoming changes.
Learning
Drawing on existing theory to identify behaviour and adopting relevant models to inspire future interactions.
